Description
In “Réconfort I”, we can see a canvas filled with blue, evoking a sky, fullness, then this head with a rather red tone that begins to fade to yellow. Eyes tired, brain in turmoil, resting only on one ear. This head rests on a large violet hand, a color of great importance here as it is often associated with peace.
